What is this Challenge about?
The main idea is to create a place (this blog) that will be the right place to find help and support when you're struggling to lose some weight.
Personnaly, I'm currently on my 7th diet's week. And I've already lost more than 12 pounds (5,5 kilos)(not that bad is it?).
It's not the first diet I'm doing... I managed once to lose around 33 pounds (15 kilos) and that's what I intend to do again, but this time I'll do my best to keep my healthy weight! ;-)
So, that still doesn't tell you what's this blog exactly... Well, one of the main key to success when trying to lose weight is MOTIVATION! That's what this blog is about... I convinced some friends of mine to go on a diet with me... This way we can support each other and share our experiences (good or bad)... Each week, we share our results and look at who was the "best performer", this adds some spices to the quite boring diet thing! ;-)
So, from now on, anyone really willing to put in the efforts to slim can join us as an "official" participant! Don't worry, it's free to join and you won't have much to do... just slim and let us know each week how much you actually lost... Ready? So, let's go take up the Challenge!
